Residential management for private homes or condominiums is particularly valuable to absentee or seasonal property owners.  Many second or vacation home owners don’t understand the need for regular inspections and/or supervision of their property to minimize the occurrence of unexpected problems, such as water leaks, failed HVAC equipment, vandalism, robberies…etc.  Many regularly scheduled services such as maintenance of HVAC, pest control, cleaning, pool service and landscaping are necessary to continue year round due in part to our tropical environment.  Additionally, many condominium owners have similar needs and in some instances have additional association requirements such as securing patio or lanai items before tropical events or perhaps the installation or deployment of storm shutters prior to such an event.  The level of management service provided is again the choice of the owner.  Full management of a residency and contractors down to a simple monthly home watch visit to alert owners of unexpected problems.
