General Property Management is the most common management service requested by our clients.  These services can vary considerably depending upon the needs of the particular property owner or association.  Summit is capable of delivering a full package of management services including general accounting, financial reporting, vendor and lease management, tenant improvements and construction, new leasing assistance, emergency response and contract bidding and supervision.  However, not all properties need the same level of management and Summit is here to offer a tailored list of services to fit each client’s unique requirements.
