Development Management

Providing management services to a developer is a somewhat specialized undertaking which Summit is uniquely suited to provide.  Our company was actually established to be the primary management provider for an influential S.W. Florida development group which is responsible for many significant development projects on Marco Island and in the downtown 5th Avenue shopping district in Naples.  Developer services are typically more comprehensive and require stages of involvement from pre-planning, financing, construction and post construction management.  These services change over time and require intimate involvement with ownership to accurately track and report project cash flows, anticipated expenses, budgeting, construction management and delivery schedules.  Additionally there is often developer related transitional warranty and turnover coordination that will need responsible resolution which is typically outside the scope of most independent management company services.
