On & Off Site Management

The management of any property must be coordinated and scheduled to meet the owner and property demands.  Properties require different management efforts and frequency of visits.  Some can be comfortably supervised by weekly or bi-weekly visits, some may require short daily visits and other more demanding properties may require full time on-site manager services.  Summit can provide whatever level of service requested and once familiar with the property will make recommendations to optimize these services to help minimize overall management costs.
