Lease Administration

Frank Delgado, Summit’s Vice President is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker as well as a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) to help insure leases are interpreted and executed accurately.  This also assures that Summit will be aware of any annual regulatory or statutory changes which might effect our clients and business operations.  Lease escalations, additional rents, percentage rents, notices, renewals, expirations and a potential host of other lease terms need constant review and enforcement.  Summit’s management software (“Yardi”) assures that this is not a manual process and helps Summit provide our clients accurate and timely adherence to specific lease terms and conditions.
