Meeting, communicating and planning Tenant Improvements is an involved process requiring quick and constant communication between Tenant, Landlord, Architects and at times Engineers.  It is time consuming to establish and get the necessary approvals for Tenant space plans, finish levels and construction schedules to satisfy specific lease terms and conditions.  Summit has proven experience coordinating this processes for both large corporate Tenants as well as smaller single owner Tenants.
