Tenant Improvement Construction

Tenant Improvements to an existing building typically require at minimum some form of Landlord supervision to insure that an existing structure is not being compromised by any construction improvements or modifications.  Also supervision is needed to insure existing Tenant businesses or residents are not unnecessarily or unfairly inconvenienced by the construction process.  Beyond this minimum service, many times it is the Landlord that has agreed to contract and build-out the Tenant space.  In either situation Summit can provide the services necessary to simply supervise Tenant construction or formalize a construction contract with a licensed, Insured General Contractor, supervise and coordinate Landlord construction, coordinate construction schedules, track and verify construction progress, verify and approve draw requests as submitted by the General Contractor to the Landlord.  All in an effort to complete construction projects in the most timely and efficient manner possible to meet or beat any Lease specific deadlines or terms.
