New Tenant Leasing

Having a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker on staff enables Summit to confidently assist owners in negotiating, evaluating, drafting and proposing new lease terms to inquiring brokers and/or prospective new Tenants.  Assisting owners in establishing and responding to new lease inquiries is a sensitive and detailed procedure which differs greatly among owners.  This is a service Summit is capable of providing and has experience in all aspects of this process.  This assistance can be tailored to fit the comfort zone of any new client and is likely to change over time as confidence and working relationships become established.
