Tom MacIvor, Summit’s President, is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and oversees all office accounting procedures for our clients to insure that Summit is providing and practicing accounting principles that meet or exceed all generally accepted and standard double entry business practices as required by the state of Florida.  Summit also has over 7 years experience working with “Yardi” property management software (long recognized as one of the premier industry management tools) to provide it’s daily client accounting, billing, reporting and general ledger activities.
