Thomas A. MacIvor – President of Summit Management Group of FL, LLC.
As President of Summit Management Group, Tom uses his twenty plus years of financial management experience to lead and direct the business and financial operations of the company. Tom’s experience includes time in both public accounting and with private construction and real estate companies. With a MBA in Real Estate Development & Finance, a CPA license, and a BSBA in Accounting, real estate owner and association clients of SMG have the opportunity to tap into Tom’s financial and tax knowledge to assist them in meeting their investment goals.

Frank Delgado – Vice President of Summit Management Group of FL, LLC.
Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and Community Association Manager, with over seven years experience in all aspects of property and association management, graduated from Ohio Northern University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, Naples resident and home owner for over 23 years, happily married with two college aged children.
